Als Projectcontroller Defence krijg jij de unieke kans om jouw financiële kennis in te zetten voor state‑of‑the‑art Defence-projecten die bijdragen aan de veiligheid van Nederland.
Je staat midden in actuele maritieme defensieontwikkelingen en werkt aan projecten die ertoe doen — technisch uitdagend, maatschappelijk relevant en vol innovatie. Een unieke kans om jouw financiële expertise te verbinden aan projecten met grote impact binnen Royal IHC en de Nederlandse defensiesector.
Als Project Controller werk je nauw samen met projectmanagers, engineers, inkopers en andere specialisten. Je speelt een centrale rol in de financiële beheersing van complexe, vaak internationale projecten en hebt directe invloed op planning, kosten en risicobeheersing. Je denkt actief mee over procesverbeteringen en helpt de project control functie verder te professionaliseren binnen IHC Defence.
Je werkt intensief samen met andere Project Controllers, de Business Controller en Financial Controller, waarbij jullie elkaar versterken om grip te houden op complexe projecten.
Je begeleidt meerdere projecten tegelijk en combineert dagelijkse projectrapportages met strategische vraagstukken. Jouw analyses en adviezen hebben directe impact op besluitvorming én op de kwaliteit van onze defensieprojecten.
Je bent een analytisch sterke en communicatieve controller die graag werkt in een technische, dynamische projectomgeving. Je schakelt moeiteloos tussen cijfers, stakeholders en processen — en weet grip te houden op projecten waarin niet alles vastligt. Je bent nieuwsgierig, proactief en voelt je thuis in multidisciplinaire samenwerking.
Royal IHC biedt jou:
Een salaris tussen €4500,- en €8000,- bruto per maand, plus 8% vakantiegeld.
Veel vrije tijd: 40 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband, met de optie om extra verlof te kopen of te verkopen.
Een winstdelingsregeling waarmee je meedeelt in het succes van Royal IHC.
Flexibel werken: Een thuiswerkvergoeding van € 2,45 p/dag + eenmalig € 750 om je werkplek in te richten.
Reiskostenvergoeding van €0,21 per kilometer voor de dagen dat je naar kantoor reist.

They can choose from the wide range of programmes, courses and other training opportunities. In addition to the development programmes, there is Young IHC. This programme of activities is especially for our young graduates to help them find their feet in our company. It makes it easy for them to get to know their colleagues in the various business units and creates a strong personal network.
