Hoe maak jij impact?
Met jouw werk draag je direct bij aan het versterken van de Nederlandse marine. Door jouw technische expertise zorg je dat onze schepen en systemen voldoen aan de hoogste standaarden en klaar zijn voor de uitdagingen van morgen. Jij helpt mee om innovatieve oplossingen te realiseren die de operationele slagkracht van Defensie vergroten – van betere scheepsontwerpen tot slimme technische integraties. Jouw bijdrage maakt het verschil in veiligheid, betrouwbaarheid en effectiviteit op zee.

Wat ga je doen?

Je werkt de technische details van tenders uit, inclusief specificaties, berekeningen en tekeningen.
Je vertaalt klantvereisten naar haalbare technische oplossingen en zorgt dat deze passen binnen onze strategie.
Je denkt mee over de beste technische aanpak en draagt actief bij aan een competitief voorstel.
Je stemt af met interne afdelingen en leveranciers om alle technische input compleet en correct te krijgen.
Je bewaakt documentatie en zorgt voor een duidelijke technische onderbouwing in het tenderdossier.
Je ondersteunt bij kostenramingen en risicoanalyses vanuit technisch perspectief.
Je volgt markttrends en technische innovaties binnen Defence om onze voorstellen actueel en onderscheidend te houden.

Jouw profiel:

Een afgeronde opleiding in de richting van Mechanical Engineering / Werktuigbouwkunde of maritieme techniek.
Uitstekende beheersing van Nederlands en Engels, zowel in woord als geschrift.
Je hebt oog voor detail en kunt complexe technische informatie helder presenteren.
Communicatief sterk en proactief.
Ervaring met technische documentatie en affiniteit met commerciële processen is een plus.

Wat biedt royal IHC:

Een salaris tussen €3558,- en €4500,- bruto per maand (afhankelijk van je ervaring).
Veel vrije tijd: 40 vakantiedagen bij een fulltime dienstverband, met de optie om extra verlof te kopen of te verkopen. 
Een winstdelingsregeling waarmee je meedeelt in het succes van Royal IHC. 
Flexibel werken: Een thuiswerkvergoeding van € 2,45 p/dag + eenmalig € 750 om je werkplek in te richten 
Reiskostenvergoeding van € 0,21 per kilometer voor de dagen dat je naar kantoor reist. 
Een solide pensioenopbouw via PME.   
Ruimte om te groeien: veel interne doorgroeimogelijkheden en een opleidingsbudget + toegang tot onze IHC Academy om jouw ontwikkeling te stimuleren.

If you have completed your preparatory secondary vocational education (VMBO) you can start at our in-house Technical Training Centre. They can choose from the wide range of programmes, courses and other training opportunities. In addition to the development programmes, there is Young IHC. This programme of activities is especially for our young graduates to help them find their feet in our company. It makes it easy for them to get to know their colleagues in the various business units and creates a strong personal network.
