Als Recruiter bij Royal IHC ben jij hét gezicht van onze organisatie. Je kent de wereld van engineers, (field) service technicians, technical supervisors, project engineers en andere gespecialiseerde technische profielen als geen ander — of je ontwikkelt deze kennis razendsnel doordat je technische interesse hebt en de juiste vragen weet te stellen.
Je werkt intensief samen met je twee collega recruiters, Hiring Managers en 7 HR Business Partners en bent hun vertrouwde adviseur in het aantrekken van schaarse technische professionals. Je begrijpt de werkzaamheden achter een profiel, kunt cv’s inhoudelijk beoordelen en weet precies waar je talent kunt vinden. Jij bent verantwoordelijk voor een soepel recruitmentproces van intake tot en met aanbieding én zorgt voor een uitstekende candidate experience.
Het uiteindelijke doel? Dat Royal IHC de beste technische vakmensen aantrekt, aanneemt én behoudt — met een professionele, efficiënte en persoonlijke aanpak.

Selectieprocedure
Na je sollicitatie vindt een cv‑selectie plaats. Bij aansluiting volgt een telefonische intake met Corporate Recruitment. Daarna doorloop je twee gespreksrondes. Bij een positief resultaat volgt het arbeidsvoorwaardengesprek.
Over het HR‑team
Je wordt onderdeel van het betrokken en gedreven HR team, met 30 collega’s die zowel generalistisch als specialistisch werken op alle vlakken van HR.

IHC has a wealth of in-house talent. And we want to make the maximum use of it. That is why we have created development programmes. There are programmes for every level. If you have completed your preparatory secondary vocational education (VMBO) you can start at our in-house Technical Training Centre. We also have plenty of development opportunities for employees with senior secondary vocational education (MBO), higher vocational education (HBO) or a degree from a university (WO).
They can choose from the wide range of programmes, courses and other training opportunities. In addition to the development programmes, there is Young IHC. This programme of activities is especially for our young graduates to help them find their feet in our company. It makes it easy for them to get to know their colleagues in the various business units and creates a strong personal network.
Are you currently a student or have you just graduated? There are several ways for you to start a new career at IHC. We recognise the value of a strong link between industry and education, which is why ambitious students are always welcome at IHC for a traineeship or to do their graduation research.
