CSC Crewing
Als Offshore Operator Monteur ben jij samen met je collega's verantwoordelijk voor het operationeel houden en onderhouden van installaties en machines op offshore platforms. Naast mechanische werkzaamheden voer jij ook operator werkzaamheden uit, hierdoor speel jij een belangrijke rol op de (on)bemande platformen. In deze functie werk jij in een vast schema wat inhoudt dat je 2 weken op zee verblijft en vervolgens 2 weken thuis bent.
In deze offshore dubbelfunctie kan het zijn dat je op het platform in de ochtend bezig bent met technische werk door onderhoud en reparaties uit te voeren aan compressoren, dieselmotoren en gas-stoom turbines. Maar wanneer het werk er om vraagt, kan je bijvoorbeeld ook worden ingezet om het productieplatform te bewaken in de Central Control Room (CCR). Als operator bewaak je het productieproces van de offshore fabriek en stuur je het proces bij waar nodig.
