As a Media Specialist, you will support the development and execution of media and communication projects within the offshore maritime industry across various channels. You translate ideas into engaging visual and multimedia content and help strengthen our brand presence both online and offline.

As a Media Specialist, you play a key role in shaping how technology looks and feels for everyone. Key responsibilities:
• Create and edit visual content (templates, graphics, video, motion, basic animations) for online and offline media
• Support B2B social media management and content planning
• Assist in the development of campaigns, presentations, and multimedia concepts
• Collaborate with marketing, communication, commercial, and design teams
• Help maintain brand consistency across all media channels
• Analyse basic performance metrics and contribute ideas for improvement
• Support website management and optimisation, including SEO analyses
• Perform target group and performance analyses within a B2B context
•Qualifications:
• Graduated from HBO Communication & Multimedia Design (CMD) or a similar program, with 2–3 years of work experience
• Strong interest in media, digital design, and storytelling within the offshore maritime industry
• Intermediate skills in Adobe Creative Cloud tools (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects)
• Understanding of UX/UI principles and digital media trends is a plus
• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
• Proactive, eager to learn, and comfortable working in a team environment
• Good communication skills in both Dutch and English
• Motivated to develop into a well-rounded Media & Communication Specialist
