Als Commercieel Manager bij Holland Shipyards Group ben jijde schakel tussen markt en werf. Je bouwt aan duurzame relaties én weet precies wat er speelt achter de vraag van de klant. Jij voelt aan waar kansen liggen en weet die om te zetten in concrete projecten.
Je beweegt je moeiteloos tussen koude acquisitie, bestaande relaties en strategische samenwerkingen. Daarbij ga je verder dan alleen het commerciële gesprek: je begrijpt de technische context en kunt inhoudelijk sparren met klanten uit de maritieme sector.

Holland Shipyards Group is a shipyard with experience in (electric) ferries, offshore support vessels, offshore accommodations, tugs, inland vessels, and dredgers. Holland Shipyards Group is known for its high quality, flexibility, and very short delivery times. The company has an informal yet professional atmosphere. Projects are carried out both on-site and off-site.
Our first shipyard has been in operation since 1981. Since then, we've grown into an organization with a broad focus but an overarching vision: whatever we do, we do it with a strong belief that we can improve the status quo.
This means we've been on the road for quite a few years and have built up experience. Our team is proof of this. Many have been part of our family business for years, sometimes from the very beginning, and will remain so in the future.
At our shipyard, you quickly become part of the family. Sometimes this even means we disagree, as happens in the best of families. But it always stems from good intentions. We go the extra mile for each other, growing together and towards each other. We believe that working in this environment fosters collaboration and results in the best products.
Our people are invaluable to us and by far our most important asset. Without them, we wouldn't deliver the products on time.
