Werken als IC&T Engineer bij Huisman betekent een sleutelrol spelen in het leveren van onze complexe offshore-systemen. Je installeert, commissioneert en test alles – van 3000-tons kranen tot op maat gemaakte installatietools voor windturbines.
Je werkzaamheden kunnen bestaan uit het voorbereiden van nieuwe projecten, het beoordelen van specificaties en het geven van feedback aan engineeringteams. De week erna zit je misschien offshore, waar je grote elektrische en hydraulische systemen troubleshoott en test en de prestaties aan de klant demonstreert.
Je leert nieuwe werkwijzen, werkt naar strikte projectdeadlines toe en reist regelmatig. Huisman biedt veel mogelijkheden om je carrière te laten groeien en je sterke punten te benutten.

In 1982, we delivered our first-ever mast crane, a unique concept thanks to its small footprint, superior load curve, and small tail swing. This crane could lift 40 meters. Now, in 2021, we delivered the largest gripper for wind turbine installation, the largest offshore mast crane, and the largest tub-mounted cranes in the world. 203 vessels have now been equipped with our equipment. All the equipment we've manufactured can lift a combined 150,000 meters, and with our largest crane, we can lift 1,667 elephants in a single lift!
