As we continue to expand our market presence, we are seeking a dedicated Procurement & Supply Chain Manager to strengthen our team and help us unlock new opportunities in the maritime sector.

Your responsibilities 

As Supply Chain Manager at Econowind, you are at the heart of our production organization, ensuring the technical components behind VentoFoils are always in the right place, at the right time and at the right cost. From within the production team, you work closely with engineers to translate technical requirements into smart, cost effective sourcing decisions, and with suppliers to secure reliable deliveries under the best commercial conditions.

You connect strategy with execution by building a supply chain that balances cost efficiency, quality and reliability, while supporting growth, innovation and our mission to make shipping more sustainable. In this role, you do not just manage flows, you create the foundation that allows our production to perform at its best.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end to end sourcing and supply of technical components.
  • Lead supplier selection, performance management and development.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing and delivery terms.
  • Plan and secure material availability for production and installation.
  • Track KPIs on cost, quality, lead time and delivery reliability.
  • Identify risks in the supply chain and implement preventive actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement in procurement and logistics processes.
  • Align closely with engineering, production and project teams.

Qualifications and skills

  • Medior to senior experience in supply chain and procurement
  • Background in a technical or industrial environment
  • Strong ability to balance cost, quality and delivery performance
  • Experience working with engineers, production teams and suppliers
  • Solid understanding of lead times, specifications and availability
  • Proven skills in supplier management and contract negotiations
  • Proactive and solution oriented mindset
  • Comfortable in a fast growing scale up environment
  • Hands on attitude combined with strategic thinking
  • Ability to switch smoothly between daily operations and long term improvements
