Bij Mammoet staat veiligheid altijd op de eerste plaats. In deze veelzijdige rol werk je nauw samen met het Benelux management en de SHE-Q-organisatie om de hoogste standaarden op het gebied van veiligheid, gezondheid, milieu en kwaliteit te waarborgen.
Als SHE-Q Specialist ondersteun je de verdere ontwikkeling en implementatie van het SHE-Q-beleid binnen Mammoet Benelux. Je adviseert het management en de operatie bij veiligheidsvraagstukken en helpt onze teams om veilig en efficiënt te werken aan grootschalige hijs- en transportprojecten in sectoren zoals petrochemie, energie en infrastructuur.
Je werkt samen met lokale SHE-Q adviseurs en projectteams en draagt bij aan een sterke veiligheidscultuur binnen de organisatie.
Deze rol is primair gericht op inhoudelijke SHE-Q expertise en advisering; directe leidinggevende verantwoordelijkheden maken op dit moment nog geen onderdeel uit van de functie, maar kunnen in de toekomst onderdeel worden van je ontwikkeling binnen Mammoet.
