Als Quality Controller ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het controleren van technische onderdelen en systemen, zowel bij leveranciers als intern. Je inspecteert onder andere staalconstructies op laswerk, draaiwerk op maatvoering en coatingapplicaties. Je zorgt ervoor dat alles voldoet aan de juiste normen en specificaties. Je werkt voor de QHSE-afdeling nauw samen met collega’s van werkvoorbereiding en projectmanagement. Zie je een afwijking? Dan onderneem je direct actie: je registreert het, rapporteert het en denkt mee over de oplossing. Ter voorbereiding op FAT’s en pre-FAT’s begeleid je het opstellen en bespreken van de benodigde risico analyses. Je zorgt dat alle betrokkenen tijdig geïnformeerd zijn, zodat de keuringen op locatie of met de klant soepel en goed voorbereid verlopen. Met jouw technische inzicht en kritische blik draag je direct bij aan de kwaliteit en betrouwbaarheid van onze producten. Draftec is an independent, privately owned engineering and manufacturing business. Currently owned by Martijn Boone and Martijn Holtkamp, it was founded by the former in 2009. Since then, the company has grown into a specialised system integrator and manufacturer of custom-designed, multi-disciplinary systems and mission equipment for the heavy industries. Draftec has highly developed in-house knowledge in the fields of mechanical design, hydraulic systems, electrical systems and control system software and automation.
In 2016, they moved into a brand new head office and began expanding their production facilities from these new premises.
