As Supervisor in our global crew your activities consist of supervising all activities associated with lifting complicated loads. In addition to supervising the critical lifts, supervisors in our global crew are expected to oversee the handling and logistics of crane parts on site, manage the assembly and disassembling activities, and train and coach trainee operators and supervisors. As a supervisor in the global crew you also need a hands-on mentality and work closely together with the operators.
You will be traveling along with our global cranes all around the world. You carry out this job on challenging, often international projects. You do this in a team with colleagues of various nationalities. English doesn't need to be your first language, but the ability to communicate in english verbally and in writing will be important.
