Oversee Offshore project portfolio and team development

Coordinate offshore project portfolio and cross-functional delivery

In this role, you will manage the Project Management function within Offshore Grid Solutions, ensuring projects are delivered in line with business strategy, financial targets, and NKT policies. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and external customers, while supporting standardisation and continuous improvement across projects.

Your responsibility will be to:

• Manage and develop a team of Project Managers and support their growth
• Oversee the full offshore project portfolio including customer, internal, and investment initiatives
• Coordinate across operational disciplines, finance, QHSE, and supply chain
• Ensure projects meet safety, quality, and financial expectations
• Support standardisation, efficiency, and scalability across projects

You will report to the Head of Operations, Offshore Grid Solutions, and be part of the local leadership team. The position is based in Karlskrona or Malmö, with multi-site and global interfaces.

Experienced project leader with financial and analytical skills

You are a structured and thoughtful individual who values collaboration and clear communication. You approach complex situations with sound judgement and remain calm under pressure. You support team development and knowledge sharing while maintaining a focus on quality and accountability. You have a practical mindset and are comfortable navigating change in a growing organisation.

You also have:

• Experience managing project management teams in offshore or similar environments
• Experience with large-scale financial management and budget accountability
• Ability to make fact-based decisions and manage project risks
• Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders
• Knowledge of project governance frameworks (preferred)
