Product Development Manager
Royal IHC is looking for a Product Development Manager within the Technology & Innovation department. In this role, you lead the development of strategic products from concept and business case through validation and implementation in the first commercial projects.
Working closely with Product Owners, Engineering, Technology specialists and business stakeholders, you provide structure, governance and leadership throughout the product development lifecycle. You are responsible for planning, budget, scope, risks, stakeholder alignment and decision-making, ensuring products are delivered successfully and contribute to IHC’s strategic objectives.
You will lead multidisciplinary teams and drive products that support multiple Product Market Groups, ranging from Offshore and Defence applications to other innovative technologies across the IHC portfolio.

Experience within maritime, offshore, defence, aerospace, automotive or other complex engineering environments is advantageous.
Royal IHC offers you:
A salary between €5700 and €8565 gross per month, plus 8% holiday allowance.
Plenty of time off: 40 vacation days for a full-time position, with the option to buy or sell additional leave.
