Bij IHC Interior in Hardinxveld‑Giessendam werken we dagelijks aan hoogwaardige interieurprojecten voor de scheeps‑ en jachtbouw. Vakmanschap, duidelijkheid en samenwerking staan bij ons centraal. Ter versterking van ons team zoeken wij een Tekenaar / Werkvoorbereider Interieurbouw die techniek en praktijk moeiteloos weet te verbinden.
Als tekenaar/werkvoorbereider vertaal jij ontwerp‑ en overzichtstekeningen naar heldere, uitvoerbare werktekeningen voor onze productie. Dankzij jouw werk weten onze vakmensen exact wat er nodig is en kunnen zij bouwen aan interieurs van topkwaliteit.
Wat deze functie extra leuk maakt: de lijnen zijn kort. Tekenaar/werkvoorbereiders, inkoop en productie werken letterlijk naast elkaar. Even binnenlopen met een vraag of samen de werkplaats in om iets te bekijken? Dat is bij ons de dagelijkse praktijk. Je zit midden in het proces en ziet direct wat er met jouw tekenwerk gebeurt.
Ben jij technisch sterk, werk je graag zelfstandig en haal je plezier uit het oplossen van technische puzzels? Dan maken we graag kennis met je.
In deze rol ben jij verantwoordelijk voor de technische voorbereiding van onze interieurprojecten. Je werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

Je komt terecht in een team van ongeveer 35 collega’s dat werkt aan uiteenlopende interieurprojecten binnen de scheepsbouw, jachtbouw en utiliteitsbouw. If you have completed your preparatory secondary vocational education (VMBO) you can start at our in-house Technical Training Centre. We also have plenty of development opportunities for employees with senior secondary vocational education (MBO), higher vocational education (HBO) or a degree from a university (WO).
They can choose from the wide range of programmes, courses and other training opportunities. In addition to the development programmes, there is Young IHC. This programme of activities is especially for our young graduates to help them find their feet in our company. It makes it easy for them to get to know their colleagues in the various business units and creates a strong personal network.
