(Junior) Document Controller – FD Project Management

Wil jij onderdeel zijn van een projectteam en een onmisbare schakel zijn in het bouwproces van een schip? Royal IHC in Kinderdijk is op zoek naar een (junior) Document Controller Shipbuilding.
Jouw baan
Als Document Controller, ondersteun jij het Project Team door het managen van de stroom documenten in het project. Dit kan een interne stroom zijn binnen Royal IHC of een stroom naar derden, zoals klanten, classificatiebureaus en leveranciers.
De stroom bestaat uit documenten zelf of commentaren op documenten. Deze informatie wordt gemanaged in de software DMS.
Als Document Controller:
We zijn op zoek naar iemand met sterke administratieve vaardigheden, die accuraat en met aandacht voor detail kan werken. Jij bent flexibel en kan met de bijzonderheden van ieder project omgaan. Jij kan overzicht houden op de project gerelateerde documentatie.
Jij bent in staat om goed te communiceren met het Project Team, afdelingen binnen IHC, klasse bureaus, leveranciers en klanten, in een internationale werkomgeving.
