SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Receptionist

Location: Dubai, UAE

The Receptionist is responsible for managing front desk operations, handling all incoming and outgoing communications, and ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for visitors, employees, and customers.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Reception & Visitor Management: Welcome, register, and direct visitors while ensuring a professional experience and smooth coordination with internal stakeholders.
Communication Handling: Manage incoming/outgoing calls, emails, and mail, ensuring accurate routing and timely communication.
Safety & Access Control: Monitor entry to premises, ensure adherence to safety procedures, and support emergency communication protocols.
Facilities & Meeting Coordination: Manage meeting room bookings, reception area upkeep, and coordination of catering and facility-related requirements.
Administrative Support: Provide basic administrative support, including data handling, document processing, and contact record maintenance.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Secondary school qualification (minimum)
1–3 years of experience in a receptionist/front office role
Experience in a corporate or multinational environment preferred
Advanced proficiency in Arabic and English
