SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Sales Analyst for Heavy Lifting and Transport Solutions

Competitive Salary depending on experience

Working at Porto Alegre, RS - Brazil

 

The Sales Analyst will be responsible for providing commercial and administrative support through client portfolio management, sales analysis, preparation of technical and commercial proposals, reporting, CRM administration, and coordination of sales processes; ensuring information is accurate, timely, and aligned with applicable standards, procedures, and commercial guidelines in order to support business development and sales operations. Sales Analysts play a critical role in the smooth running of our commercial activities. As a global business, Mammoet needs professionals with strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills to help support commercial growth and maintain high international standards across our operations.

 

This position will primarily be remote; however, occasional meetings, travel, and an initial period working from a coworking space may be required. If necessary, a longer-term presence in a coworking space may also be required.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Identifying market trends and supporting commercial strategies
  • Managing the client portfolio and prospecting new clients
  • Developing sales plans and supporting business growth initiatives
  • Preparing budgets and technical and commercial proposals
  • Performing sales analysis and monitoring sales performance indicators
  • Providing after-sales support and maintaining customer relationships
  • Maintaining records of customer interactions and updating CRM systems
  • Developing and managing reports to support decision-making
  • Supporting the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
  • Organizing and managing commercial documentation, including contracts and proposals
  • Administering internal sales processes and follow-ups
  • Preparing materials for meetings and client presentations
  • Liaising with internal stakeholders to support the sales process

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Degree in Mechanical, Civil, Naval Engineering or Production Engineering
  • Fluent English; Spanish is desirable
  • Experience in commercial or project environments
  • Proficiency in Excel, CAD/DWG, and MS Office tools
  • Strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and in dynamic environments
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
