Voor het Equipment cluster van Royal IHC zoeken wij een ervaren en strategisch gedreven Manager Global Procurement die een sleutelrol speelt in het vormgeven en realiseren van een toekomstbestendige, internationale supply chain organisatie.
In deze rol ben je integraal verantwoordelijk voor het ontwikkelen en implementeren van de procurementstrategie binnen het Equipment cluster. Je brengt alle disciplines – waaronder inkoop, Quality Control (QC) en Category Management – samen tot een high-performance organisatie die waarde toevoegt op zowel operationeel, tactisch als strategisch niveau.
Als lid van het One Equipment Company (OEC) Management Team en rapporterend aan het OEC Board, ben je een cruciale sparringpartner op directieniveau. Je draagt actief bij aan de strategische koers van Royal IHC door procurement en supply chain vraagstukken te vertalen naar concrete business impact, concurrentievoordeel en risicobeheersing.

One Equipment Company
One Equipment Company (OEC) van Royal IHC bestaat uit vier business units: Dredge Equipment, Sas-Hytop, Systems en Services. Iedere business unit heeft haar eigen expertise. Sas-Hytop is gespecialiseerd in hydraulische systemen voor de dredging- en offshoremarkt, Systems richt zich op automatisering en digitale oplossingen, Services ontwikkelt innovatieve aftermarket oplossingen en Dredge Equipment levert hardware voor zandtransport van zee naar land.
De hoofdlocatie bevindt zich in Kinderdijk, waar circa 350 medewerkers werkzaam zijn binnen sales, projectmanagement, engineering, procurement, assemblage en service. Daarnaast beschikt Royal IHC in België over een staal- en ijzergieterij. Je werkt nauw samen met sales- en servicecenters in België, Houston, Dubai, Singapore, Bangladesh en Tianjin.

We also have plenty of development opportunities for employees with senior secondary vocational education (MBO), higher vocational education (HBO) or a degree from a university (WO).
They can choose from the wide range of programmes, courses and other training opportunities. In addition to the development programmes, there is Young IHC. This programme of activities is especially for our young graduates to help them find their feet in our company. It makes it easy for them to get to know their colleagues in the various business units and creates a strong personal network.
