Sales Coordinator

Salary- $60,000 - $65,000

Working in Guelph, On

 

Mammoet Canada is seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales department, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and excellent client service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing top-notch support to both internal teams and external clients.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist sales managers with client inquiries, quotations, and proposals.
  • Prepare and process sales documentation, contracts, and purchase orders.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project documentation using the company’s CRM system
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy in proposals.
  • Assist in the development of sales materials and presentations tailored to client needs.
  • Support marketing initiatives, such as organizing events and preparing promotional materials.
  • Prepare presentations for customer visits, meetings or business development.
  • Monitor and follow up on sale leads with existing and new customers executing relevant sales support activities.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or administrative role, ideally within the heavy lifting, construction, or industrial services sector.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French would be an asset).
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
  • Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
