Sales Coordinator

Salary- $60,000 - $65,000

Mammoet Canada is seeking a dynamic and organized Sales Coordinator to join our team. The Sales Coordinator will play a key role in supporting the sales department, ensuring smooth operations, effective communication, and excellent client service. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about providing top-notch support to both internal teams and external clients.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing timely and professional responses to clients and internal stakeholders.
Assist sales managers with client inquiries, quotations, and proposals.
Prepare and process sales documentation, contracts, and purchase orders.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client communications, and project documentation using the company’s CRM system
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accuracy in proposals.
Assist in the development of sales materials and presentations tailored to client needs.
Support marketing initiatives, such as organizing events and preparing promotional materials.
Prepare presentations for customer visits, meetings or business development.
Monitor and follow up on sale leads with existing and new customers executing relevant sales support activities.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a sales coordination, sales support, or administrative role, ideally within the heavy lifting, construction, or industrial services sector.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (French would be an asset).
Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team setting.
Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
