Royal IHC aims to play a leading role in making the maritime industry more sustainable and efficient. The AIDA Program (AI, Data & Automation) is the engine behind this AI journey: we deliver AI solutions, data products and automation initiatives that change how Royal IHC works on a daily basis. Technology alone is not enough — successful adoption of AI depends on people understanding, embracing and applying these new capabilities.
We are a small, ambitious team, passionate about AI and the human side of change. We like to work together, take a walk along the windmills in Kinderdijk and have fun together. On Wednesdays we always meet in the office, catch up and have lunch together.
