Binnen IHC Piping willen we de balans verbeteren tussen beschikbaarheid van materialen, doorlooptijd en voorraadkosten. In deze afstudeeropdracht onderzoek je hoe voorraadhoogten nu worden bepaald en ontwikkel je een dynamisch, data-gedreven voorraadmodel dat beter aansluit op vraag, productieplanning en projectvolumes.
Taken en verantwoordelijkheden
Analyseren van huidige voorraadniveaus en -principes.
Inzichtelijk maken van vraagpatronen, doorlooptijden en onzekerheden.
Ontwikkelen van een dynamisch voorraadbepalingsmodel.
Onderzoeken van scenario’s (projectpieken, schaarste, levertijdvariatie).
Vertalen van het model naar praktische richtlijnen voor de operatie.
Afstemming met logistiek, planning, inkoop en productie.
Wij vragen
Je zit in jaar 3 of 4 van een HBO- of WO-student Technische Bedrijfskunde of Supply Chain Management.
Sterke interesse in logistiek, data-analyse en beslismodellen.
Analytisch en conceptueel denkvermogen.
Zelfstandig, kritisch en praktisch ingesteld.
Goede beheersing van Nederlands en Engels.
Wij bieden

They can choose from the wide range of programmes, courses and other training opportunities. In addition to the development programmes, there is Young IHC. This programme of activities is especially for our young graduates to help them find their feet in our company. It makes it easy for them to get to know their colleagues in the various business units and creates a strong personal network.
