Binnen IHC Piping speel je als afstudeerstudent een actieve rol in het verbeteren van het werkvoorbereidingsproces binnen onze Piping Support Office. Dit proces vormt de schakel tussen engineering, planning, inkoop en productie en is cruciaal voor een soepele uitvoering op de werkvloer.

Je onderzoekt de huidige werkwijze, brengt knelpunten in kaart en ontwikkelt concrete verbetervoorstellen. De focus ligt op procesoptimalisatie, standaardisatie en (digitale) automatisering, bijvoorbeeld met behulp van data, digitale tools en slimme workflows.

Afhankelijk van jouw interesse en opleiding kan de nadruk liggen op organisatie, techniek of digitalisering.

Wat je gaat doen

  • Analyseren van het huidige werkvoorbereidingsproces (lean/value stream benadering).
  • Samen met betrokkenen verspillingen, foutenbronnen en optimalisatiemogelijkheden verkennen.
  • Voorstellen ontwikkelen voor een duidelijker, slimmer en beter ondersteund proces.
  • Onderzoeken hoe digitale hulpmiddelen (zoals automatisering en workflow-ondersteuning) het werk kunnen verlichten.
  • Jouw voorstellen onderbouwen en vertalen naar een concreet verbeterplan.
  • Afstemmen met werkvoorbereiders, engineering, productie en IT.

Wat wij belangrijk vinden

  • Je zit in jaar 3 of 4 van een HBO- of WO-opleiding Technische Bedrijfskunde, Werktuigbouwkunde of BIM.
  • Je hebt affiniteit met productieprocessen, werkvoorbereiding en digitalisering.
  • Je hebt interesse in hoe processen, mensen en techniek samenkomen.
  • Je werkt graag samen, stelt vragen en durft je observaties te delen.
  • Je communiceert helder in Nederlands en Engels.
