SUMMARY OF THE ROLE

Mammoet is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Operations team at the Edmonton Branch. This role offers a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, where you'll have the opportunity to contribute to daily departmental processes and gain valuable experience to support your career growth.


WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

  • Receive and enter time sheets into SAP for payroll.
  • Payroll & Unionized knowledge
  • Create reports when necessary
  • Create any inter-company invoices
  • Invoice Creation
  • Purchasing Order process
  • Record any meeting minutes as requested by the department
  • Filing all necessary documents
  • Supply/create SAP reports as needed

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Education & Experience

  • Completed High School diploma
  • Intermediate to advanced computer skills specifically with MS Office products
  • Previous knowledge and experience working with unionized environments is an asset
  • Experience in working fast paced environment, multitasking
