The HR department of NKT is looking for a new colleague to join our team in Kladno for the position of HR Coordinator (maternity cover).

In this position, you will be a key member of the HR team and will be involved in the entire employee journey at NKT – from onboarding, through changes during employment, to offboarding.
Part of your role will also be the coordination of mandatory trainings and medical check-ups, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and in compliance with legal requirements.
Your responsibilities will also include:
end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions
cooperation with production teams on organizing onboarding days
support and development of HR marketing activities related to recruitment
preparation of HR reports
cooperation in the administration of employee benefits
preparation of payroll inputs and communication with payroll providers
communication with recruitment agencies
participation in local and global HR projects
We are looking for a proactive team player who enjoys working with people, has strong organizational skills, and is not afraid to take responsibility.
Ideally, you bring:
previous experience in HR
experience with SAP (nice to have; SuccessFactors is an advantage)
basic orientation in labor law
experience with the Anet time & attendance system (nice to have)
English language skills at intermediate level (B1–B2)
employment in a stable international company with a long tradition
meaningful work contributing to renewable energy projects
a friendly and supportive working environment
