HR Coordinator (Maternity Cover) 

NKT – Kladno

The HR department of NKT is looking for a new colleague to join our team in Kladno for the position of HR Coordinator (maternity cover).

Your role:

In this position, you will be a key member of the HR team and will be involved in the entire employee journey at NKT – from onboarding, through changes during employment, to offboarding.
Part of your role will also be the coordination of mandatory trainings and medical check-ups, ensuring that all processes run smoothly and in compliance with legal requirements.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions

  • cooperation with production teams on organizing onboarding days

  • support and development of HR marketing activities related to recruitment

  • preparation of HR reports

  • cooperation in the administration of employee benefits

  • preparation of payroll inputs and communication with payroll providers

  • communication with recruitment agencies

  • participation in local and global HR projects


What we are looking for:

We are looking for a proactive team player who enjoys working with people, has strong organizational skills, and is not afraid to take responsibility.

Ideally, you bring:

  • previous experience in HR

  • experience with SAP (nice to have; SuccessFactors is an advantage)

  • basic orientation in labor law

  • experience with the Anet time & attendance system (nice to have)

  • English language skills at intermediate level (B1–B2)
