Wat ga je doen?
Bij Royal IHC zijn we continu bezig met innovatie binnen HR. Zo hebben we vorig jaar onze eigen
HR-Chatbot geïntroduceerd om medewerkers sneller, slimmer en 24/7 te ondersteunen met HR- vragen. Daar willen we graag mee verder door AI en automatisering steeds verder te integreren in onze HR-processen.
Tijdens deze stage werk je deels op onze HRIS-afdeling en deels bij Learning & Development die binnen dezelfde afdeling, HR Service & Expertise vallen. Je krijgt de kans om mee te werken aan innovatieve projecten, zoals:
(Door)ontwikkelen van AI en automatisering in onze HR-werkprocessen
Verder optimaliseren van de HR-Chatbot
Meedenken over de doorontwikkeling van ons Verzuimsysteem
Helpen met het ontwikkelen van ons E-Learning aanbod
Je werkt binnen ons leuke team samen met ervaren HR-professionals. Je krijgt veel vrijheid om je eigen ideeën in te brengen en uit te werken. Ook bieden we je de kans om tijdens je stage mee te kijken met andere specialismen binnen ons HR-team, zoals Recruitment, Health, HR Support of HR-advies.
Wie ben jij?
Je hebt affiniteit met de technische kant van HR; zoals AI, automatisering en systemen.
Je bent analytisch, nieuwsgierig en proactief
Je bent communicatief vaardig in Nederlands en Engels
Je werkt graag samen, maar kunt ook zelfstandig projecten oppakken
Je bent beschikbaar vanaf september 2026, minimaal 3 dagen per week
Wij bieden:
Deze stage biedt je een maandvergoeding van €652,- (op basis van een volledige werkweek).
Vergoeding van je reiskosten.
Tijdens je stage krijg je ook de mogelijkheid om aan je opdrachten of scriptie te werken.
Flexibele werktijden en de mogelijkheid om gedeeltelijk vanuit huis te werken.

If you have completed your preparatory secondary vocational education (VMBO) you can start at our in-house Technical Training Centre. We also have plenty of development opportunities for employees with senior secondary vocational education (MBO), higher vocational education (HBO) or a degree from a university (WO).
They can choose from the wide range of programmes, courses and other training opportunities. In addition to the development programmes, there is Young IHC. This programme of activities is especially for our young graduates to help them find their feet in our company. It makes it easy for them to get to know their colleagues in the various business units and creates a strong personal network.
Are you currently a student or have you just graduated? There are several ways for you to start a new career at IHC. We recognise the value of a strong link between industry and education, which is why ambitious students are always welcome at IHC for a traineeship or to do their graduation research. There are various options available, the choice is up to you!
