Support People & Culture operations across daily activities

Join NKT as a Junior P&C Generalist on a temporary basis and support daily People & Culture activities across the organization. This entry-level role offers practical exposure to core P&C processes within an international company contributing to the green transition. You will work closely with experienced colleagues, supporting employees and internal partners while building a solid foundation in HR operations. Support daily People & Culture operations and administration

In this role, you will deliver practical administrative support to the People & Culture team, helping ensure daily HR activities run smoothly. The position is designed to give broad exposure to multiple P&C areas while ensuring reliable support to employees and internal stakeholders.

Your responsibility will be to:

  • Support administrative and operational People & Culture processes
  • Assist with employee onboarding and offboarding activities
  • Maintain and update employee data in P&C systems and records
  • Support recruitment activities, including job postings and interview scheduling
  • Assist with training coordination and preparation of People & Culture documentation

You will work closely with the local People & Culture team. The position is temporary for approximately nine months and based at Esposende, with work setup agreed with the team.

Organized and curious early-career professional

You enjoy working in a supportive team environment and approach tasks with attention to detail and structure. You are comfortable handling multiple requests and value clear communication. You are open to learning, willing to ask questions, and motivated to develop your understanding of People & Culture processes through daily involvement.

You also have:

  • A degree or ongoing studies in Human Resources, Psychology, Business, or related field
  • Good written and spoken communication skills in English
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail
  • An interest in developing a career within People & Culture
