Your Work Context

Since 2015, NV Algemene Ondernemingen SOETAERT has been part of the Jan De Nul Group. Soetaert performs all types of foundation techniques, both for buildings and infrastructure works. At Soetaert, we focus on innovative foundation, shoring, and soil improvement techniques, allowing us to provide tailored solutions for each project, regardless of the location or subsoil conditions.

Your Role

As a site manager in foundation works, you are part of the Soetaert team:

  • You assist in organizing the daily on-site activities.

  • You monitor and coordinate the construction works to ensure that the planning is followed.

  • You supervise soil mixing teams and communicate with subcontractors. In addition, you are responsible for administrative follow-up.

  • Finally, you ensure compliance with legal regulations regarding quality, safety, and the environment.

What do you need

You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, with relevant experience. Junior site managers are also welcome to apply. You have an affinity for soil mechanics and foundation techniques. You work accurately and in a structured way, but creativity and motivation are equally important. You are open to working on our international projects, with scheduling arranged in mutual agreement.
