Project Manager Foundation Works

Since 2015, NV Algemene Ondernemingen SOETAERT has been part of Jan De Nul Group. As a project manager, you will be responsible for the correct and timely completion of assigned projects.

Your main duties and responsibilities:

• The organisation, planning and coordination of a project in terms of technology, administration and budget.
• You conduct negotiations with suppliers and subcontractors and maintain relations with the client and other parties involved.
• You are responsible for controlling and monitoring the execution of works.
• You ensure permanent follow-up of the site managers, intervene in case of technical problems and make adjustments where necessary.
• You evaluate and report on the progress of the works and communicate regularly with the Ostend office.
• You are also responsible for safety, quality and the environment on site.

Your profile

You are a Civil or Industrial Engineer in Civil Engineering. You have at least 10 years' experience in a similar position and have an affinity with soil mechanics and foundation engineering. You are an organisational talent with a high degree of independence. You have good communication and commercial skills. You will work on our sites in Belgium.
