Project Engineer (Taichung)

Jan De Nul is committed to advancing the transition to renewable energy. We install and protect offshore infrastructure, lay submarine cables, and even build energy islands. To achieve these goals, we need talented offshore project engineers like you.

Opportunities and responsibility

At Jan De Nul, we give talents like you opportunities and responsibility. You will follow one of our projects from start to finish, from Taichung, at one of our projects or onboard one of our vessels.

• You are responsible for scheduling, drafting, further detailing and calculating execution methods to prepare our offshore works (rock dumping, cable laying, installation of offshore wind farms). 

• You work up the relating documentation into calculation notes and method statements. 

• You supervise the current works and you will be responsible for follow-up after completion of the works in collaboration with the Project Management.

Obviously, you don't have to do all of this alone. You can rely on the support of both your peers and experienced colleagues. You'll learn on the job and acquire knowledge and skills through our JDN Academy. Your project manager will support you every step of the way, and you’ll collaborate with nearly every department. 

What do you need?

• A master's degree in marine, industrial or civil engineering sciences or related degree.
• That indispensable mindset of a solution seeker, a problem solver.
