As a Construction Manager Dredging, you’re the driving force that ensures our dredging projects kick off with maximum impact. You support multiple mobilisations at once, turn plans into clear execution frameworks and help teams work efficiently, safely and in a streamlined, standardised way. You bring structure, preparation and continuous improvement together.

A good start is half the battle won. That’s exactly what the Operations Support department stands for. Even before a dredging project begins, they ensure thorough preparation from the head office. Their goal? To provide the on-site project team with a complete and workable plan – the key to efficient, safe, and cost-effective execution.
In this role, you don’t work on just one specific project, but you support several mobilisation projects across the board. You help teams properly prepare and approach their mobilisation, with a focus on structure, standardisation, and long-term improvement. You ensure that everyone works in an efficient, safe, and well-thought-out manner – and that this approach keeps evolving for the better.
