Je coördineert de bouw van onze nieuwe schepen. We zijn op zoek naar iemand voor sectiebouw en iemand voor uitbreidingsbouw. Samen met de productiemanager en assistent-voormannen bereid je de projecten voor en stel je een planning op. Je geeft leiding aan de voormannen op jouw locatie en bent verantwoordelijk voor de operationele collega's. Naast je administratieve werkzaamheden ben je meerdere keren per dag op de werkvloer aanwezig. Je zorgt ervoor dat de juiste dingen in de juiste volgorde op het juiste moment worden gedaan. Op die manier zorg je ervoor dat de planning op jouw locatie wordt gehaald. Als het niet mogelijk is om de planning te halen, breng je de productiemanager tijdig op de hoogte en help je mee om oplossingen te vinden.
Veiligheid is voor ons op de scheepswerf een belangrijk aandachtspunt. Als je onveilige situaties ziet, grijp je in en spreek je je collega's daar indien nodig op aan. Je zorgt er ook voor dat de werkplek schoon en opgeruimd is. Verder doe je suggesties aan je collega-supervisors over hoe je het werk anders kunt aanpakken, problemen kunt oplossen of voorkomen. Samen zijn jullie verantwoordelijk voor de kwaliteit en afmetingen van de schepen.
Als supervisor zorg je voor je mensen. Je checkt regelmatig bij hen hoe het gaat en zorgt ervoor dat je voldoende capaciteit hebt om het werk te doen. Je onderhoudt ook contact met collega's die ziek zijn, voert beoordelingsgesprekken en draagt bij aan de ontwikkeling van je collega's.

Een salaris in overeenstemming met schaal J van de CAO Metaal en Elektrotechniek, afhankelijk van leeftijd, opleiding en ervaring.

Je vindt veiligheid erg belangrijk; je geeft het goede voorbeeld en zorgt voor veilige werkmethoden in jouw domein.
Je hebt minimaal een MBO4-diploma en hebt grondige kennis van en ervaring met scheepsbouw.
Je hebt kennis van het (mede)opstellen en implementeren van vlootplanning, materiaalplanning en capaciteitsplanning. Ervaring met LEAN en continue verbetering is een pré.
Je hebt leidinggevende ervaring, bij voorkeur in de maritieme sector en met situationeel leiderschap.
Je bent in staat om te laveren tussen productieplanning, kwaliteit en kosten, weet financiële overzichten te lezen en daarop te handelen.
Je bent een goede en duidelijke communicator en weet je mensen aan te spreken.
Je bent oplossingsgericht en bereid om nauw samen te werken met collega-leidinggevenden.

Rust, old paint, or marine growth on ships? No problem! With vacuum cleaning, high-pressure cleaning, and hydrojetting, we guarantee clean ships. And with proper preservation, we ensure the treated objects are ready to last for years to come.
