In deze functie val je onder de afdeling montage, hier worden logistieke projecten door een ervaren team voorbereid en uitgevoerd. Samen zorgt het team voor een veilige en efficiënte uitvoering van de projecten. Gezien de interessante projecten in binnen- en buitenland ben je bereid te reizen en “in de kost te gaan”.
Als voorman stuur je projecten aan op het gebied van transport en (de)montage activiteiten. Ook ondersteun je de uitvoerder. Je geeft leiding aan montagemedewerkers, chauffeur trailer operators en ingehuurde medewerkers. Hierbij zorg je voor een goede samenwerking en ziet toe op een kwalitatief en technisch goede uitvoering van de projecten. Je voert werkoverleggen en zorgt voor een adequate afhandeling van administratieve werkzaamheden. Je informeert de projectleider en planner over de voortgang van het project en bewaakt de realisatie van de gestelde doelen.
Een enthousiaste collega met mbo niveau 4 werk- en denkniveau op technisch gebied. Je beheerst de Nederlandse taal in woord en geschrift en kunt je prima verstaanbaar maken in het Duits en Engels. Je beschikt over kennis van hijs- en hefsystemen, zoals vijzels, sledesystemen, lieren en takels. Daarnaast ben je klantgericht, een teamplayer en communicatief vaardig. Je hebt de SEVT opleiding meewerkend voorman afgerond, of bent bereid deze te volgen. Je vindt het leuk om samen met je collega’s op verschillende locaties ingezet te worden, waarbij het kan voorkomen dat je soms meerdere weken met een team van huis bent.

We load and unload ships, trucks, and trains in the ports of Delfzijl and Eemshaven using forklifts, loaders, and cranes. We also provide storage for materials at our sites and terminals.

Rust, old paint, or marine growth on ships? No problem! With vacuum cleaning, high-pressure cleaning, and hydrojetting, we guarantee clean ships. And with proper preservation, we ensure the treated objects are ready to last for years to come.
