Facturatie- en registratiespecialist 32 - 40 uur
In de rol van facturatie‑ en registratiespecialist ben jij het centrale aanspreekpunt binnen ons team. Zodra collega’s op locatie hun werkzaamheden afronden, zorg jij dat gewerkte uren, ingezet materieel en eventuele kosten van derden snel, zorgvuldig en zo geautomatiseerd mogelijk worden vastgelegd in de werkopdrachten. Je stelt vervolgens de facturen op en werkt nauw samen met de planning om te zorgen dat klanten tijdig en correct worden gefactureerd.
Je werkt met ons nieuwe ERP‑systeem Microsoft Dynamics, dat we de komende periode verder gaan inrichten en optimaliseren. Jij neemt hierin het voortouw voor alles wat te maken heeft met registratie en facturatie en levert een actieve bijdrage aan de doorontwikkeling van deze processen.
Wij zoeken een nauwkeurige en communicatief sterke administratief professional die energie krijgt van structuur, kwaliteit en klantgericht werken. Jij past goed in deze rol als je:
Ervaring hebt met facturatie, registratie of administratieve processen (bij voorkeur in een technische of projectmatige omgeving).
Snel je weg vindt in een nieuw ERP‑systeem en graag meedenkt over procesverbetering (ervaring met Microsoft Dynamics is een plus).
Nauwkeurig werkt en afwijkingen snel opmerkt.
Commercieel inzicht hebt en begrijpt wat klanten verwachten van een correcte, tijdige factuur.
Cijfermatig sterk bent en verbanden ziet tussen uren, materieel en kosten.
Soepel communiceert en samenwerkt met collega’s van planning, uitvoering en administratie.
Proactief en zelfstandig werkt, maar goed past in een hands‑on team.
Een afgeronde financiële of administratieve opleiding hebt.
De Nederlandse taal uitstekend beheerst, mondeling én schriftelijk.
Een afwisselende functie binnen een internationale organisatie met een gezellig en betrokken team.
Een bruto maandsalaris tussen € 3.170,00 en € 4.170,00 afhankelijk van ervaring.

Location: Nes (Ameland) and Lauwersoog
Every year, more than a million passengers board our ships to travel to and from the Wadden Islands of Schiermonnikoog and Ameland.
Location: Delfzijl and Eemshaven
We load and unload ships, trucks, and trains in the ports of Delfzijl and Eemshaven using forklifts, loaders, and cranes. We also provide storage for materials at our sites and terminals.
Location: Farmsum
Rust, old paint, or marine growth on ships? No problem! With vacuum cleaning, high-pressure cleaning, and hydrojetting, we guarantee clean ships. And with proper preservation, we ensure the treated objects are ready to last for years to come.
