To strengthen our team we are searching for an High Voltage Trainer.

Your role:

As a High Voltage Trainer you will be responsible for training and certification of the people on our projects. You will prepare the training on a theoretical level but also a practical level. As a trainer you will make sure that all tools and materials are prepared and if needed ordered. As a trainer you will share your experience from 11 kV till 245kV transferring your knowledge to our jointers.

Your tasks will include:

·Preparing and delivering theory and practical components of the Jointer Course, focusing on 11kV to 24 or 66kV systems

·Supervise and guide trainees during practical exercises, providing hands-on experience and troubleshooting assistance

·A daily inspection and cleaning routine must be followed for all tool benches to maintain tool accountability

·Identify areas for improvement in training programs and implement strategies to enhance learning outcomes

·Maintain accurate records of training activities, including attendance, performance evaluations, and certification

·Maintain an inventory of materials and cables, ordering replacements as required

·Performing general maintenance tasks to support the training facility

Your profile:

·Multiple years of experience as a trainer

·High Voltage knowledge gained by field experience is a must

·Complete command of the English language, oral and written

·Excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills

·Self-starting and proactive attitude

·Team worker who can handle stress and has excellent communication skills
