Management of fixed asset accounting for several ELA companiesPosting of financial and tangible assets, as well as depreciation and special items
Depreciation reconciliation and execution of depreciation runs
Maintenance and creation of master data in accordance with applicable valuation regulations
Preparation of investment analyses and assistance in the preparation of annual financial statements
Reporting on fixed assets, ad hoc analyses
Ensuring and organizing fixed asset inventories and preparing fixed asset schedules
What You Bring to the Team
Completed commercial training or training as a tax clerk with further training as a balance sheet accountant, business economist, financial accountant (m/f/x), or similar
Alternatively, a degree in economics with a focus on finance, taxation or auditing
Several years of professional experience in finance and accounting and sound knowledge of asset accounting
Knowledge of MS Dynamics NAV desirable
Confident handling of Microsoft 365
Good written and spoken German and English

A second-generation family company
The idea for ELA’s sophisticated room containers first came into being in 1972 when Bernhard Albers and his wife Elisabeth Albers founded the company ELA-Gesellschaft für Handel und Vermittlung GmbH & Co. KG. The couple was quick to identify the growing demand for flexible rooms and developed mobile container-based room solutions that could be tailored to meet individual specifications. As the second generation of the family, the siblings Tim Albers, Liesel Albers-Bentlage and Günter Albers took over the management of ELA Container GmbH in the 1980s. Today, the company is managed by Günter Albers, Dr. Stefan Leopold and Pia Albers. With personality, technical knowledge and a keen sense for economic developments, they consistently keep the company on course for the future.
