Mammoet is seeking a driven, enthusiastic Mechanic to join our team. In this role, you will work on various mechanical and hydraulic maintenance tasks, assist in equipment preparation, and have opportunities to participate in complex development and rebuild projects under the guidance of a Senior Mechanic or Supervisor. Responsibilities include developing practical skills, attending on- and off-site classes and workshops, complying with all health and safety regulations, and completing tests and assignments related to your work. Ideal candidates are well-organized, flexible, and eager to help wherever needed.
• Ensuring the condition of equipment complies with applicable standards and instructions
• Performing all-round maintenance and repair services
• Working on mechanical equipment for diverse power transmission systems
• Performing maintenance and equipment preparation tasks focused on mechanical and hydraulic systems
• Following all health and safety procedures
• Working in the office/workshop and traveling to other sites as needed
• Accepting feedback constructively
• Attending meetings, observing actions, and offering improvement suggestions
• Building professional relationships with colleagues and clients
• Undertaking additional duties as needed, aligned with the role and learning
• Driver's license
• Experience in maintenance operations, driver and control, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electronic systems
• Basic level proficiency in rigging operations and equipment
• English proficiency – basic verbal and written communication
• Safety training and certification to Mammoet standard
Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
