Qualification & Experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or relevant
filed.
• 2–4 years of hands-on IT support experience.
• Experience in an international or multi-site environment preferred.
Technical Skills
• Basic, but strong knowledge of Windows client OS, Microsoft 365 apps, Teams, OneDrive, and Exchange.
• Basic understanding of networking (LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with ITSM tools (ServiceNow)
• Familiarity with AD, user provisioning, and MFA.
• Experience with IT asset management and inventory tools.
• Understanding of CMDB concepts (CIs, relationships, data models) is a plus.
Soft Skills
• Strong customer service orientation.
• Good communication skills (English required).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Process-driven and detail-oriented mindset.

The Role:
The IT Support Engineer is responsible for delivering day to day IT support at the Mumbai site, ensuring stable
operation of end user technologies, and maintaining accurate IT asset and configuration management data. This
role also provides supports to global IT operations through CMDB updates, analysis, and administrative tasks.
Key Roles & Responsibilities
1. End-User Support:
• Provide hands on, on site technical support for laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, network
connectivity, and collaboration tools.
• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and operating system issues for local and remote staff.
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities (device provisioning, accounts setup, access management).
• Maintain excellent communication with end users, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and
professionally.
2. IT Asset Management:
• Maintain an up-to-date inventory of all IT hardware and software assets for the Mumbai site.
• Perform regular audits of IT assets and ensure proper tagging, documentation, and lifecycle tracking.
• Coordinate with DELL for repairs, replacements, and procurement activities.
• Ensure compliance with internal IT asset management guidelines and security policies.
3. ServiceDesk Operations:
• Support in-country General Managers of other entities in MEA and APAC region to help roll out corporate
strategy and build and evaluate investments, expansion other strategic business case.
• Provide daily ServiceDesk support to global IT operations, handling tickets outside Dutch working hours
• Log, categorize, prioritize, and resolve incidents and requests in the ITSM tool.
• Escalate issues to the appropriate technical teams when required.
• Ensure timely follow-ups and proper closure of tickets.
4. Administrative & Operational IT Tasks:
• Support IT documentation, knowledge base updates, and process improvements.
• Assist with compliance, security, and audit-related tasks when required.
