Bij Mammoet Benelux Projects realiseren we complexe transport- en hijsprojecten in verschillende sectoren. Om onze groei verder te ondersteunen en onze operatie nog beter te organiseren, zijn wij op zoek naar een Manager Operations die helpt structuur aan te brengen, teams te begeleiden en de dagelijkse operatie soepel te laten verlopen.
In deze rol werk je nauw samen met je collega’s en draag je actief bij aan het professionaliseren van planning, communicatie en operationele uitvoering.
Als Manager Operations ben je verantwoordelijk voor het ondersteunen en aansturen van operationele teams en het verbeteren van processen rondom planning en uitvoering. Je bent een belangrijke schakel tussen de operatie, planning, projectmanagement en andere interne stakeholders.
