As Business Process Manager at NKT HV Cables AB, you will work with our Integrated Management System and ISO-based process framework to support compliant, transparent, and efficient ways of working across the organization. Ensure compliant and effective business processes
In this role, you will support governance, maintenance, and application of NKT’s Process Framework as part of the Integrated Management System. You will work closely with colleagues across functions to ensure processes, standards, and documentation are applied consistently and support daily operations as well as long-term scalability.
Your responsibility will be to:
You will report to the Head of QHSE Governance and collaborate with IT, SAP Signavio support, and multiple business units. The position is based in Karlskrona with occasional travel to other NKT locations.
