Om onze Supply Centers verder te versterken, zoeken wij een Business Controller die zich comfortabel voelt op de werkvloer én aan tafel bij het management.
Jouw rol
Als Business Controller ben jij de financiële businesspartner voor vier Supply Centers. Je bevindt je midden in de organisatie en werkt intensief samen met productie, projectteams en management. Jij vertaalt wat er op de vloer gebeurt naar heldere financiële inzichten, zodat de business tijdig kan bijsturen.
De organisatie heeft behoefte aan voorspelbaarheid, transparantie en grip. Jij zorgt ervoor dat cijfers niet verrassen, maar juist helpen om vooruit te kijken. Dat betekent: vroeg signaleren, scenario’s doorrekenen en proactief adviseren.
Deze rol combineert hands-on control met strategisch meedenken en biedt veel ruimte om processen slimmer, overzichtelijker en toekomstbestendiger in te richten.

De Supply Centers van Royal IHC bestaan uit IHC Metalix, IHC Piping, IHC Interior en IHC Machining. Dit zijn gespecialiseerde productieomgevingen die samen een essentiële schakel vormen in de keten van Royal IHC en ook zelfstandig voor externe klanten werken.

If you have completed your preparatory secondary vocational education (VMBO) you can start at our in-house Technical Training Centre. We also have plenty of development opportunities for employees with senior secondary vocational education (MBO), higher vocational education (HBO) or a degree from a university (WO).
They can choose from the wide range of programmes, courses and other training opportunities. In addition to the development programmes, there is Young IHC. This programme of activities is especially for our young graduates to help them find their feet in our company. It makes it easy for them to get to know their colleagues in the various business units and creates a strong personal network.
Are you currently a student or have you just graduated? There are several ways for you to start a new career at IHC. We recognise the value of a strong link between industry and education, which is why ambitious students are always welcome at IHC for a traineeship or to do their graduation research.
