Are you interested in helping to strategically shape the SAP world at ELA and further deepening your expertise in a responsible role? Then you've come to the right place.
We are currently looking for an SAP Senior In-House Consultant (m/f/x) for the SD module. In this role, you will be responsible for the SAP implementation at ELA and will play a key role in shaping the greenfield migration – from the technical design and implementation to the successful go-live and beyond. You will be a sparring partner (m/f/x) for specialist departments and IT, drive process harmonisation and ensure that our SD solutions are sustainable, stable and future-proof.

Your Future Role

Active participation in greenfield migration as part of SAP implementation, support and further development of the SAP SD module

Customising settings in SAP SD

Taking on project tasks as part of SAP logistics projects and new customer implementations

Second-level support for key users at the various national and international locations of the ELA Group

Coordination and collaboration with our SAP service providers

What You Bring to the Team

Completed degree in (business) information technology or business administration, or equivalent knowledge gained through practical professional experience in IT, e.g. as an IT specialist (m/f/x)

Several years of in-depth knowledge of the SAP Sales & Distribution module required

SAP ABAP programming skills desirable, but not essential

Structured, independent working style and organisational skills

Strong team and communication skills

High degree of reliability and analytical thinking skills

Very good written and spoken German and English skills

Willingness to travel to attend regular project-related team meetings and workshops at the headquarters in Haren (Ems): currently every two weeks from Tuesday to Thursday

A second-generation family company

The idea for ELA’s sophisticated room containers first came into being in 1972 when Bernhard Albers and his wife Elisabeth Albers founded the company ELA-Gesellschaft für Handel und Vermittlung GmbH & Co. KG. The couple was quick to identify the growing demand for flexible rooms and developed mobile container-based room solutions that could be tailored to meet individual specifications. As the second generation of the family, the siblings Tim Albers, Liesel Albers-Bentlage and Günter Albers took over the management of ELA Container GmbH in the 1980s.
