Grid Solutions within NKT is growing its operations in Southern Europe and is now recruiting a Head of Project Execution, Installation and Resource Management. The role brings together project execution, installation management and resource planning for high-voltage projects, from sales handover to customer handover. You will join a global company supporting the green transition through reliable power infrastructure, while shaping how projects are delivered in a growing regional hub. Do you want to play a central role in how complex HV projects are delivered across Southern Europe?
In this role, you are accountable for the overall setup and coordination of project execution, installation management and resource management within Grid Solutions Southern Europe Hub. You ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed quality, cost and time expectations, while developing teams, processes and interfaces to handle increasing volume and complexity. The position combines operational oversight with organizational development in close collaboration with regional and central stakeholders.

The role reports to the Head of Grid Solutions Southern Europe and is based in Barcelona (Spain) or Esposende (Portugal). Regular travel within Southern Europe is expected.

You communicate in a clear and respectful way across cultures and disciplines, and you are comfortable taking decisions within an international matrix organization.
