The Data & Analytics team was founded to drive the transition to a data-driven organization. 

 
The Data & Analytics team is responsible for creating value for Anthony Veder using data and analytics while providing a solid data foundation for our operation, both governance and architecture. The team supports the organization by managing a data platform that provides a single source of truth to every data consumer and by providing the insight to solve the challenges of our business. Also, the team is facilitating the adoption of these insights into the operational processes at Anthony Veder. 

 
Your areas of expertise 

• Understand business needs to identify challenges and risks better and make informed decisions on providing data insights. 

• Collaborate with the team to continuously improve the way we work and process work to maximize our value to the organization. 

• Gain a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities within our organization, deliver actionable insights for these and support the teams in organizing around this. 

• Contribute to improving data literacy and create a culture of data-driven decision making within Anthony Veder. 

• Contribute to establishing standards, guidelines and procedures to assure efficient and effective delivery of insights to the organization. 

• Data modelling and data platforming with the ability to perform first line support and small changes on our data platform.

What we ask 

• A higher professional education (HBO) or scientific/research education (WO, Bachelor or Master in a relevant domain such as business, IT, engineering or shipping. 

• 3+ years of experience in a similar role. 

• Ability to use Power BI and SQL, pre would also be coding skills with Python and Git. 

• Excellent verbal and written command of English. 

• Analytical mindset and ability to organize, refine and manage your work.
