Description du poste : APPROVISIONNEUR H/F

Rattaché(e) au service Achats/Approvisionnements, vous assurez la disponibilité des matériaux, services et équipements nécessaires aux projets et à l’activité opérationnelle.

Missions :

Planification des approvisionnements : Analyser les besoins de fourniture, matériel et de sous-traitance en collaboration avec les départements techniques, la production et les chefs de projet pour élaborer un plan d'approvisionnement adapté.

Gestion des commandes : Passer les commandes auprès des fournisseurs et des sous-traitants, suivre leur exécution jusqu’à la livraison et veiller au respect des conditions négociées (délais, prix, qualité).

Suivi des stocks : Surveiller les niveaux de stock, anticiper les besoins et participer aux inventaires. Prévenir les ruptures, gérer les retards et proposer des solutions alternatives compatible avec les planning en cours. Ajuster les mini/maxi par famille.

Pilotage et communication projet : participer aux kick-off meeting et aux réunions de projets, assurer les comptes rendus et la bonne diffusion des informations. Lancer les consultations, analyser les offres et recommander l’orientation d’achat. Suivre les gains et maintenir à jour la base des fournisseurs et sous-traitants qualifiés.

Relation fournisseurs et performance : Identifier, évaluer et négocier avec les fournisseurs pour garantir les meilleures conditions d'achat. Suivre les KPI fournisseurs, gérer les non-conformités et litiges, demander des plans d’action.

Veille marché : Suivre les évolutions du marché des matières premières et équipements pour anticiper les risques et opportunités d'achat. Mettre en place un sourcing alternatif pour sécuriser les approvisionnements.

Amélioration continue et optimisation : Standardiser et optimiser les processus d’approvisionnement. Améliorer les outils de suivi et fiabiliser les données dans l’ERP Rechercher en permanence des opportunités d’amélioration des processus et de réduction des coûts. Réaliser des analyses par famille de produits : niveaux mini/maxi, dépréciés, références à ajouter/supprimer.

Savoir-faire / Acquis pour la fonction :

Connaissance des techniques de négociation et de gestion des approvisionnements ;

Maîtrise de l’ERP IFS (ou expérience sur un ERP similaire avec capacité d’adaptation rapide) ;

Maîtrise des outils bureautiques (Excel, Outlook, SharePoint etc…) ;

Connaissance du tissus industriel dunkerquois indispensable ;

Niveau d’anglais permettant les échanges avec les fournisseurs et sous-traitants internationaux.

Savoir-être pour la fonction :

Rigueur, sens de l’organisation et capacité à gérer les priorités dans un environnement à contraintes multiples ;

Capacité d’analyse, Curiosité, Esprit collaboratif pour comprendre les besoins et enjeux des équipes opérationnelles ;

Assertivité et aisance relationnelle, pour challenger les fournisseurs et fluidifier les échanges internes ;

Proactivité et sens de l’anticipation, indispensables pour sécuriser les jalons projets et éviter les ruptures.

Expérience / Profil :

Diplôme Bac + 2 en gestion des achats, logistique ou Supply Chain

Expérience 5 ans dans un poste similaire, idéalement dans le secteur industriel ou maritime dunkerquois

Damen Shiprepair & Conversion (DSC) has a worldwide network of 18 repair and conversion yards with drydocks ranging up to 420 x 80 metres. DSC yards have extensive experience – completing more than 1,300 projects every year, from normal drydockings for scheduled maintenance to damage repair, right up to extensive refit and conversion projects.

Services

Being active in the maritime industry demands continuous vessel reliability. For nearly all vessel types Damen offers a broad range of services, including maintenance, spare parts delivery, training and the transfer of shipbuilding know-how.

Components

Damen is also specialised in the design and production of various marine components including propeller nozzles, rudders, special towing winches, anchors, anchor chains and steel works.
