Als Keurmeester in opleiding repareer en keur je hijsmiddelen. Zoals hijskabels, sluitingen, takels, grijpers en haken. Die worden gebruikt in bijvoorbeeld fabrieken, havens of schepen. Je werkt zo’n 70% op onze werkplaats in Vlissingen-Oost. En 30% bij klanten op locatie. Je werk is afwisselend en je kunt veel leren en groeien.

Opleiding
Nadat je een tijd hebt meegelopen mag je onder toezicht zelfstandig gaan keuren. Daarna starten we een opleidingstraject met als doel Keurmeester te worden. Dit traject volg je deels in huis en deels bij het EKH. Na de opleiding wordt je Erkend Keurmeester, met een DNV erkend certificaat op zak.
Wil je na je opleiding verder leren en op verschillende locaties werken? Dan kun je nog meer opleidingen en cursussen doen. Bijvoorbeeld om kranen te keuren bij onze klanten (Keurmeester boven de haak).

Ben jij de Keurmeester in opleiding die wij zoeken? Dan werk je graag met je handen en houd je van techniek. Ook wil je graag leren. Bij deze baan hoort een EKH-opleiding die je moet volgen, zodat je zelf keuringen en inspecties mag doen.

Furthermore, we supervise the entire testing process. We do this with our own testing equipment, such as water bags, solid weights, hydraulic tools and all rigging materials.

We are often called in to inspect, test and install cranes, fall protection and other hoisting solutions. For every problem, we immediately start thinking about a suitable solution. Our clients in the offshore industry have relied on our expertise for many years. We work flexibly and always have a team of experienced professionals at the ready. In our workshops in Vlissingen-Oost, Schiedam, Rilland and Temse, we test and inspect equipment such as hydraulic cylinders, load cells and fastenings for heavy components.
In addition, we supply, install and inspect steel cables, anchor lines, hoisting and lifting equipment and all types of rigging, always in accordance with applicable standards and with an eye for safety and sustainability. With our own team of specialists and our own testing equipment, we also test deck cranes, gangways, loading platforms, ramps and helicopter decks.
LIFTAL currently works mainly in France for the nuclear energy sector. Here we supply customised testing equipment and carry out special testing projects. For example, we regularly test lifting beams in nuclear power plants.
We have developed our own testing programme for this and have a fully equipped testing location available. We take care of the entire project for the customer and arrange everything from planning to implementation. We have developed innovative testing equipment specifically for testing tools in nuclear power plants. This involves a mobile hydraulic test unit that can be used to dynamically test permanently installed equipment in a simple, fast and efficient manner. We are proud to say that this has been awarded an innovation award.
